Registered with the Division of the State Architect, California State Contractors Board, the International (building) Code Council and the California Emergency Management Administration, Reggie started his career at age 15 and is one of 783 registered DSA Class-1 Building Inspectors licensed since 1997 as required by the California Education Code 17311 (b) endorsing the Field Act of 1933 for public safety.
